MotherBees began with a passion rooted in tradition and care. Inspired by the ancient Chinese practice of Zuo Yuezi, founder Heng Ou experienced firsthand the transformative power of nurturing postpartum care following her own births.

Witnessing the stark contrast between this sacred tradition and the limited support offered to new mothers elsewhere, Heng set out to create a space where nourishment, wisdom, and community could flourish.

What started as a small, heartfelt effort has blossomed into a global movement. MotherBees has grown to embrace the healing arts and share them with mothers worldwide — offering not just nourishing meals but resources and guidance to help entire families thrive.
