Recipe: Ginger Lemonade Switchel / Labor-Aid
Ingredients:

1/4 cup (60 ml) raw honey

1 cup (240 ml) hot water

3 cups (720 ml) cold or room-temperature water (or sparkling mineral water)

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup (120 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 teaspoon fresh ginger pulp or juice (use a garlic press if you have one)

3 drops ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops

3 drops Bach Rescue Remedy (optional)

1/4 teaspoon mineral sea salt
Instructions:

In a small heatproof mug or bowl, stir the raw honey into the hot water until fully dissolved.

Pour the honey mixture into a 1-quart (1 L) jar or pitcher.

Add the cold or room-temperature water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, ginger juice, trace mineral drops, Rescue Remedy (if using), and sea salt.

Stir well and taste. Adjust the sweetness, acidity, or salt to your liking.
Storage:
Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week. Shake well before serving.
