
Metabolic Morning Salt Tonic
Ingredients:
1 cup (8 oz) warm filtered water
1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt (Celtic, Himalayan, or Redmond)
Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional, for liver support and flavor)
1/2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional, for blood sugar balance)
Instructions:
1. Warm the water until it’s comfortably drinkable—not too hot.
2. Stir in sea salt until fully dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice and honey/maple syrup if using.
4. Sip slowly on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
