Jujubes in the Instant Pot

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of dried MotherBees California Jujubes
- 5 cups of water
- dash of cinnamon powder
- Optional: 2 slices of fresh ginger and 1 tsp goji berries for added nourishment
Directions:
- Rinse the dried jujubes under cold water to remove any dust or debris.
- Tear the jujubes in half and add to your Instant Pot along with 5 cups of water.
- Add a dash of cinnamon powder.
- Optional: Add 2 slices of fresh ginger and 1 tsp of goji berries.
- Secure the lid and set it on “Pressure Cook” on “Normal” and “High” for 14 minutes.
- Once done, allow the pressure to release naturally.
- When ready, strain, then press extra juices with a potato masher, strain one more time in a finer sieve.
- Drink or store in a glass jar in the fridge after it cools.
