We offer a store credit within two days of your delivery receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after delivery has taken place.
To initiate an exchange within two days of receiving your products, please send an email to info(@)motherbees.com with the subject line: "Product Exchange Request." Our customer service team will respond to your email within 24 hours.
Electronic Gift Card Policy:
Our Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, and PayPal Gift Amounts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All such sales are final.
