If you’re looking to exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or exchange for a different product within 2 days of receiving your order.
Rules on E-Gift Cards:
E-Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, and/or PayPal Gifts Amounts are all non-refundable. Gift amounts cannot be exchanged for cash. All sales are final.
To initiate an exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Send an email to info@motherbees(com) with the word “Exchange Products” on the Subject Line within 2 days of receiving the products.
- Our customer service team will return your email within 24 hours.
- How long will it will take to receive your replacement product or store credit? Once we process your exchange, the order will take place within the next 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is confirmed by our team.
- Any extra shipping/delivering fees the customer will need to pay? Yes
- How do you handle lost or damaged returns? For any lost or damaged items, email info@motherbees(com)
- We are not responsible for any food spoilage once the package leaves our facility. Refrigerating the food upon receiving is your responsibility to keep the food safe to consume.
