We offer free exchanges for a different product, or for store credit within 2 days of receiving your delivery. We’re sorry, but we do not offer refunds after delivery.
To initiate an exchange within 2 days of receiving your products: please send an email to info(@)motherbees.com with the subject line: “Exchange Products.” Our customer service team will return your email within 24 hours.
Electronic Gift Card Policy:
Our Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, and/or PayPal Gifts Amounts are all non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. These sales are final.
Local Food Delivery Cancelation Policy:
Good food takes time to prepare. If you need to cancel your order, please do so a minimum of 72 hours before your scheduled delivery date. To cancel, email info(@)motherbees.com by midnight, 72 hours before your next delivery date.
Note: MotherBees is not responsible for any stolen or spoiled food once the order leaves our commercial kitchen.
