Ghee - Clarified Butter

Ghee is a lactose-free, superfood alternative to everyday butter and cooking oils. Our Ghee is made in small batches using an original Ayurvedic recipe. The clarified version of our Ghee butter uses a small amount of heat to speed up the cooking process, still retaining an authentic taste people love. Our cows are never treated with hormones or antibiotics and graze on sweet grasses unique to the coastal climates of Western Marin and Sonoma counties in Northern California.
