GENERALLY PREPARED:Burdock Root is traditionally prepared as a capsule, tea, or tincture. To prepare as a tea, add 1-2 teaspoons of Burdock Root to 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, then enjoy!
