How We Cook

 

We are inspired by traditional cultures that eat whole foods by the season, with good, clean proteins, healthy fats, lots and lots of greens and vegetables, good whole grains, and small-batch, probiotic fermentations.

In our kitchen we use exclusively gluten and dairy free ingredients with the exception of ghee. We only use organic, pasture raised poultry and eggs and wild caught seasonal fish. We source organic seeds, berries, ghee and healthy oil products. The foundation of our bowls are plant-based, with the option to add protein if your body is asking for it. 🧡
