Our menus are fixed and substitutions are not permitted unless a custom menu has been arranged at an additional cost. If you need to arrange for custom care, please email us using the contact information provided below.
Ingredients we favor include: fats (e.g., ghee, tallow, duck fat, and sesame oil), chicken, pork, beef bones, greens, black rice, sticky rice, and a variety of kitchen herbs — both from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurvedic traditions.
In this menu, we avoid gluten, wheat, soy, and processed sugar.
