Sitz Baths (external soaking only). The Sitz Bath herbal blend is also helpful to use in a peri-bottle spray or a *rejuvenating vaginal steaming (minimum two months after birth and not during pregnancy).
Jujubes can be made into a naturally sweet tea or added into a broth or a soup. Feel free to add fresh ginger and cinnamon powder to give it an *extra immune boost and flavor. Jujubes have a sweet, caramelized flavor. A favorite tonic amongst traditional medicines to help support *preventive health, immunity, digestion, and sleep.
Tea Blends to sip on to *support the uterus, replenish circulation, and soothe a new mom's mind after birth. This blend has a light earthy taste, seeks to feel grounded, whole, and loved.
Porridge Blends (2 oz each): 3 porridge + 3 congee
Sitz Bath: calendula blossom, comfrey leaf, yarrow blossom, uva ursi leaf
Tea Blend: raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, lemon balm, milky oat, ashwagandha root
Porridge: oat, buckwheat, chia, amaranth, jujube
Congee: jasmine rice, sweet rice, millet grain
32 oz pantry items are packaged in FDA compliant glass jars with black plastic lids. Porridge and congee blends are packaged in 2 ounce pouches.
